YouTube shows me the video I ask for when I look for it on my Touch, but through my PC's browser, I'm told the video is not available due to copyright infringement.

I've noticed that the stuff we download directly onto the Touch can come from a different source to the same thing downloaded through our computer, and I don't just mean iTunes. If it's Apple's "fault", then Tiesto is the best person to ask them to change what they have done! There are many, many tags that the Podcast producer has to fill in for each episode and perhaps someone at Radio 538 has simply not understood what they need to do, so if it's his "fault", he'll fix it.
(Podcasts are the responsibility of the Podcaster, so Tiesto needs to be in charge of correcting this.) The point is - you as listeners want the chapters and if he wants you to see them, he will find out whether it's something he has done or if it was Apple. It makes no difference whether it's iTunes or Tiesto who have caused this change, to get the chapters back again - tell Tiesto, not Apple. Through the iTunes Store, but read my explanation below!) Not have chapters marked in it when downloaded through iTunes, (that's iTunes _on the computer,_ I'm not referring to the iTunes Store!). Well, actually it's _from 136_ that it changes, I've just tested it! There is no doubt, episode 136 does
It changes after podcast 136, so everything from 137 onwards just shows a single chapter, Same issue here, again with Tiësto`s club life podcast.
